Through that job I've worked with David Suzuki and David Foster, producing syndicated radio programs. Remember back in the heyday of radio?! I remember during high school how much I loved AM radio. Nowadays, I love to travel with my partner. Last year, we were in Paris living like true Parisians in a quaint apartment in the Saint-Germain area. I was thrilled to climb up to the Notre Dame tower to stand in the actual bell tower. Hopefully the restorations to that monument after the fire will be as beautiful as ever in its grandeur. My favourite cities are Paris and New York. After living & working in Hong Kong for 8 years, my kids picked up the Chinese language and so did I! It was hilarious when I would go into a local restaurant and ask my 8 year old daughter what was on the menu. Kids are grown adults now and it's wonderful to just enjoy life. These days, I'm on the back of my guy's Harley-Davidson enjoying the sunsets when we ride. Looking forward to seeing you all and catching up with life!

Greece will be my next journey to check off my bucket list.

In between starting teaching and teaching today, I also was president of the Vancouver Elementary School Teachers' Association as well as serving a year as a Member at Large for the BC Teachers' Federation. Current interests include travel, photography, singing in choirs and karaoke, and volunteering for local festivals. Unfortunately, I did not marry that young rich guy, but I am happily married to a man that I met on the first day of Grade 12. Guess who that is?
